Housing Information 
Basic Allowance For Housing (BAH) gives active service members two options for housing; living on post or finding a home off-post within the community.

• Once you have orders to move, contact the Housing Services Office  (254) 287-3704 / 4212. They can answer all of your housing questions and provide services such as referrals, resolving tenant-landlord disputes, and guidance for entering lease agreements.

 Fort Hood On Post Housing  

• On-post housing for Fort Hood is privatized and operated by Winn Companies (254) 220-4799, which offers housing for families, Single and Unaccompanied Soldiers. They have 2-4 bedroom apartments and townhomes based on pay grade and family size. Home amenities may include: washer/dryer hookups, carports/garages, fireplaces, AC and cable. The community amenities are: swimming pool, playground, splash parks, basketball courts, fitness centers and more.
